Meeting Room Rentals
Below you will find information about the room rentals available at McCormick Place during the AWEA WINDPOWER 2013 Conference & Exhibition. Exhibitors and Sponsors will have priority booking for these rooms until February 1. Starting on February 1 we will open rentals up to everyone. Rooms are rented on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please list three choices for your preferred room in case your first choice has already been rented.
If you would like to rent a room:
1. Review the documents below to select your room.
2. Complete the agreement form (including all three room choices and your payment information).
3. Email the completed form to Elesha Peterson Carr at the following address: epetersoncarr@awea.org.
4. Once payment has been processed we will email you a receipt and a room rental confirmation.
We are working to finalize our list of service providers for these rooms. Should you rent a meeting room, we will provide you that service provider list sometime in February so that you can make any necessary arrangements for your meeting room.
